By accessing or using the services provided by Gryntix ("we," "us," or "our"), including the "Groups AI" application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

Groups AI is a collaboration tool designed to bring AI capabilities into group conversations for school projects, team planning, and problem-solving. The Service allows users to interact with AI models within a group context to generate content, analyze files, and facilitate work.

3. Beta Testing

We may offer "Beta" or "Early Access" versions of our Services (e.g., Groups AI Beta). By participating in beta testing:

  • You acknowledge that the Service is in development and may contain bugs, errors, or cause data loss.
  • We provide the Beta Service "AS IS" without any warranties.
  • You agree that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Service become our sole property, and we may use them without obligation to you.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
  • Generate content that violates our AI safety guidelines (e.g., hate speech, explicit content).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gryntix and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Gryntix.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gryntix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
