Reporting Bugs
If you encounter a bug, glitch, or unexpected behavior in any of our apps (including Groups AI) or this website, please report it to us.
How to Report
The fastest way to report issues is via our Discord server:
- Join the Gryntix Discord Server.
- Navigate to the #bug-reports channel.
- Open a ticket or post using our bug report template.
Please include:
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Device and OS version.
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible).
Security Vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability that could impact user data or system integrity, please report it privately.
Do not disclose security vulnerabilities publicly until we have had a chance to address them.
Open a private ticket in our Discord under the "Security" category to report sensitive issues.
Rewards & Recognition
